What makes us a great sector

Why do you need to be a better & a great sector?

The answers are many-
It gives you a good feel to have a vibrating neighbourhood that keeps itself clean, organised  and the residents collaborates with each other to make it a happier place to be living in. The RWA is all ready  to give you support and pre empt your needs for a better living.
So what? What's the big deal in this?

IF YOU ARE GOOD AND HAVE A GOOD NEIGHBOURHOOD THE PRICES OF YOUR PROPERTY WILL INCREASE.
BESIDES BEING RICHER YOU WILL FEEL HAPPIER AND SHARE THAT VIBRATION WITH OTHERS. Be the star of PANCHKULA.

It was one of the sectors on the fringe of PKL several years ago. Now it in to the centre of the city. The sector has been establishing itself as one with several beautiful parks and has innovated in making walking around in them a musical experience too.
Area conveners are competing with each other to make their areas more beautiful.
A self contained sector, has a shopping area in two parts. Most of the daily needs get served well with a blend of small set ups including a gym and chemist stores and the ones that service such a large spectrum of needs- Fuji being in the lead in this category.
Ofcourse Parking is becoming a problem but there is a sure plan to see it more organised soon.

Hi Everyone,

Overcoming the initial glitches to get this online.

Yes, I agree that Sector 12 is, no doubt, one of the cleanest and best managed sectors in Panchkula. Credit also goes to our MC councilor Mrs Lilly Bawa, who has taken a lot of initiatives to beautify the sector ( Obviously with the help of RWA and local residents). However, a few sore points remain--- Pet droppings and entry of stray cattle on the sector roads is one area which needs to be checked. I feel, allocating some area specifically for pet lovers to take their pets for relieve themselves will go a long way in making the sector roads clean for pedestrians. on What makes us a great sector
